Stroganoff

Creamy chicken and mushroom stroganoff. Juicy chicken strips smothered in sour cream and mushrooms.

A quick and easy dinner that everyone will love!

30 minutes and a few ingredients is all you need to prepare this absolutely delicious stroganoff. Made with a garlicky creamy mushroom sauce, it can be served with noodles, rice or even some arugula (if you want to reduce the carbs). If you love the traditional beef stroganoff, try this version with chicken for your family and guests.

Ingredients

  1. Ingredients:

    1 large chicken breast

    200gr mushrooms mix

    1 medium onion

    2 garlic cloves

    1 tbsp olive oil

    150ml light cream

    chicken broth

    salt & pepper

    paprika

    oregano &parsley


Preparation:

  1. First put the chicken breasted in cubes into a zip-bag and add some salt, paprika and pepper and mix.

  2. In a frying pan with the olive oil, sauté the onions, the garlic and the mushrooms, for about 5 minutes.

  3. Add the chicken broth and the cream and mix it slowly.

  4. Once it starts to boil, add the chicken and reduce the heat a little bit and let it cook for about 10 minutes.

  5. Sprinkle the sauce with some oregano and parsley and serve it with some rice or pasta.
