Courage to Fly

We constantly have to face our fears. Fear of rejection, fear of failure, fear of change… Every single day being putted face to face with these fears. And the only two options we have is to let them stop us from moving forward or overcome them and allow ourselves to “fly”.

The Crow Pose (Bakasana) is an arm balance pose that helps you to focus on lifting instead of falling. By supporting your weight on your hands, you face the fear of the face planting into the floor. This pose invites you to accept your fears and face them with courage.

“There is freedom waiting for you, on the breezes of the sky, and you ask: What if I fall? - Oh, but darling, what if you fly?” - Erin Hanson
