Breakfast blueberry smoothie bowl. Healthy, simple, nutritious and delicious.

Delicious and ready to go breakfast.

Creamy, naturally sweet, gluten free, vegan, paleo friendly. This is a perfect breakfast or snack for when you are in a rush. It is also great for summer days, being a delicious way to cool down. For extra protein add chia seeds, peanut butter, or any seeds & nuts that you like.

  • Preparation Time: 10 min

  • Servings: 1 bowl


Ingredients

  1. Smoothie:

    1 banana

    100gr frozen blueberries

    50ml almond milk

    1tsp chia seeds


  2. Toppings:

    sliced banana

    fresh blueberries

    coconut flakes

    chia seeds


Preparation:

  1. Blend all the ingredients, put it in a bowl and decorate with the toppings. Simple as it is.
