Ingredients
Salad:
1 cup baby spinach
1 cup arugula
1 cup red&orange peppers, chopped
1 cup shredded carrot
1 boiled egg
5 cherry tomatoes
50gr smoked salmon
1/2 avocado
olive oil and vinegar
salt
Preparation:
Cut all the ingredients and in a large bowl combine all the ingredients.
On the side, boil the egg, cut it in half and add o the salad.
Season the salad with some olive oil, vinegar, salt and fresh herbs.
