Portuguese Cream Cake

2 very ripe bananas, mashed
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 1/2 cup oat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preparation:
Preheat the oven at 180º C and prepare a rectangular pan with some butter to prevent the bread to stick to it.
In a large bowl, mix the mashed banana, eggs, coconut oil, almond milk and vanilla.
In another bowl, mix all the dry ingredients. Then, slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and mix until well combined.
Pour the banana mixture into the baking pan and bake for about 40 minutes.
Let it cool down and serve with peanut butter or jam.
