Healthiest Banana Bread

Banana bread made only with natural ingredients.

Gluten-free, sugar-free and guilty-free banana bread.

Made with oat flour, super moist, naturally sweetened with banana, this healthy banana bread is easy to make and is perfect for breakfast or snack. Serve it with a spoon of nut butter of your choice to add protein or with some jam in case you are into something more sweet.

  • Preparation Time: 10 min

  • Cooking Time: 40 min

  • Servings: 8-10 slices


Ingredients

  1. Ingredients:

    2 very ripe bananas, mashed

    2 eggs

    1 tsp vanilla extract

    1 cup almond milk

    1 tbsp coconut oil, melted

    1 1/2 cup oat flour

    1 tsp baking soda

    1/2 tsp cinnamon


Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven at 180º C and prepare a rectangular pan with some butter to prevent the bread to stick to it.

  2. In a large bowl, mix the mashed banana, eggs, coconut oil, almond milk and vanilla.

  3. In another bowl, mix all the dry ingredients. Then, slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and mix until well combined.

  4. Pour the banana mixture into the baking pan and bake for about 40 minutes.

  5. Let it cool down and serve with peanut butter or jam.
