Salmon & Cream Cheese Crepes

This crepes are a perfect option if you want a light dinner or as a starter for your meal. With just 5 ingredients, very easy to make, it will definitely impress your friends by it taste and it gourmet look.

Ingredients
Crepes:
1 cup all purpose flour
2 eggs
1 cup milk (normal or plant based)
salt
butter
Filling:
150 gr smoked salmon
150gr cream cheese with herbs
50gr arugula
pepper
Preparation:
For the crepes, mix all the ingredients (except the butter) until a nice homogenous consistency.
On a skillet, with a little bit of butter, pour about 3 table spoons of the mixture in the center of the pan and then twirl the pan, so the mixture stretches well.Cook for about 1 minute on each side.
Once the crepes are done, it’s time for the filling. Spread a tsp of cream cheese in the middle of the crepe and put some slices of the salmon on top and arugula.
Then wrap the crepes like on the photo (or as you prefer).
You can eat them cold or put in the oven for 5 minutes. This way the crepes will get crispy.
Serve with some black pepper and a salad. Enjoy!
